Whiteseam Limited was established by Matthew Wise in 2021 with the objective of creating - whether through investing on its own account and developing or co-developing with partners - portfolios of real estate assets primarily focused on the social housing and green and renewable energy sectors.

Matthew’s 40-year history in commercial real estate has provided him with a wealth of experience working on portfolios valued in excess of £7.5 billion, with direct responsibility for the planning and development of over 3.25 million square feet of property.

This experience has encompassed everything from trophy assets in London, Paris, New York and Hong Kong to mixed-use portfolios throughout the UK ranging from small, high street-style property to very high-end retail, office and residential assets.
